Do I need to pay by credit card?

No. We do ask to put a credit card on file to hold a reservation and in lieu of a deposit, but we accept cash and checks. Customers with valid insurance certificates on file may be eligible for payment terms. Contact us for more information.

Do you charge a loss damage waiver or other fees?

No hidden fees, no LDWs. The state of Arizona does require us to charge sales tax unless you are renting for resale.

Do I need insurance? Can you help me get it if I don’t have it?

In general, rentals involving trucks, generators, cameras, or expensive gear do require insurance certificates. Our requirements are fairly similar to other rental houses. We do not offer insurance, but we can refer you to insurance agents that can provide short-term rental insurance. Insurance can be confusing the first time, feel free to give us a call and we will help, including talking to your agent to explain what is needed.

What happens if my list changes at the last minute or during the shoot?

No problem. As the largest equipment rental house in Arizona and California, know that not only will we have the gear you need, but we also have a warehouse full of backup equipment in case your plans change.

Do you provide crew?

We do not provide crew but would be happy to make some recommendations. Contact us and let us know what you are looking for and we’ll match you up with some excellent crew members that are familiar with our gear.

Do you buy or sell gear?

Yes. We are distributors for several manufacturers, and we do sell our used rental gear. We also do buy high quality used gear on occasion. Please feel free to Contact us. Note: In order to avoid fraudulent transactions, we highly encourage you to call us at our main number as well as verify that your email correspondence with us is coming from a email address.

Do you deliver?

Sure! Make sure to let us know when and where you need the gear dropped off and picked up, and we will work that into our quote. Delivery charges may apply.

What if I want to rent something that isn’t on your website?

Almost never a problem. We are always adding to our inventory, and it is possible that we have it but just haven’t gotten it up on the website yet. Even if we don’t have it, our goal is to make your life easier and be your one stop rental shop. We have relationships with other manufacturers and gear rental houses, and we can normally sub rent the gear for you for the same cost (or less) than if you went direct, plus you only have one pickup to make and one bill to pay. We get unusual requests all the time… try us!
