HOW TO PLACE AN ORDER

Placing an order with Cinevo is easy and flexible. Browse our online rental catalog, email us your list, give us a call for a quick discussion, or stop by our location if you’re in town. For longer lists, email works best, while a call ensures the fastest response when time is tight. We’re committed to responding within one business day—if you don’t hear from us, reach out, and we’ll make sure your order is handled promptly and seamlessly.

2. RECEIVE YOUR QUOTE

Once we receive your order, we’ll quickly send a reservation confirmation to your email, along with a secure payment link to finalize your booking. You’ll also receive a rental agreement, which you can conveniently email back or bring when picking up your gear. For high-value or specialized equipment—such as cinema cameras, lenses, generators, and vehicles—insurance may be required, so feel free to contact us for details. Above all, we prioritize a seamless and secure rental process, ensuring you have everything you need for a smooth and hassle-free experience.

3. GET YOUR GEAR

On the day of your reservation, simply swing by our shop to pick up your gear—our friendly team will even help load it into your vehicle. Need to finalize paperwork or tweak your order? No problem, we’ve got you covered. Can’t make it during business hours? We offer 24/7 after-hours pickup and returns for ultimate flexibility. I rented the studio and the team was great to work with. They made it easy to get in and out with the loading dock and the studio was a large empty canvas we could use for our interviews. The sound was great and access to a nearby bathroom and kitchen was convenient. I would rent the studio space from them again without hesitation.

I was traveling from out of state to cover a large live event and Reel Men did an exceptional job providing the additional gear we needed. Like most traveling gigs, the equipment needs may vary all the way up to the last minute. Kellie was extremely helpful and the team was able to provide everything we needed at a reasonable price. I would highly recommend renting from them and will do so anytime I am in Phoenix.
